1. Our Commitment

Gambling should be entertaining, not a way to make money or escape financial or personal problems. LunarBet is committed to helping players stay in control, recognize the signs of problem gambling, and access support when they need it.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority for gambling in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to hold an account. We confirm this at registration and may request identity documents to verify age at any time. Parents and guardians should use device- and network-level parental control software to help prevent minors from accessing gambling sites.

3. Signs of Problem Gambling

Consider whether any of the following apply to you or someone you know:

  • Spending more time or money on gambling than you intended, or than you can afford.
  • Chasing losses, or gambling to try to win back money already lost.
  • Lying to family or friends about how much you gamble.
  • Neglecting work, relationships, or responsibilities because of gambling.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or distressed when not gambling, or when trying to cut back.
  • Borrowing money, selling possessions, or going into debt to fund gambling.

4. Deposit Limits

You can set a personal deposit limit to cap how much you add to your account over a day, week, or month. Contact Support to set, lower, or remove a deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing or removing one takes effect after a short cooling-off period so the decision isn't made in the heat of the moment.

5. Loss Limits

You can also set a loss limit that caps the net amount you can lose over a chosen period. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is blocked until the period resets. As with deposit limits, tightening a loss limit is immediate, while loosening one takes effect after a cooling-off period. Contact Support to configure a loss limit for your account.

6. Time-Outs and Cooling-Off Periods

If you want a short break, you can request a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from Support. During a time-out you cannot log in or deposit; the restriction cannot be reversed early, even at your own request.

7. Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, you can request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is closed to real-money play, marketing communications stop, and the exclusion cannot be lifted early, including at your own request, before the period you chose has elapsed.

To start a time-out or self-exclusion, go to Account -> Security, or contact Support and we will action the request promptly.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. If you share a device or internet connection with a minor, we recommend installing parental control or content-filtering software, such as Net Nanny, Qustodio, or your operating system's built-in family controls, to help block access to gambling sites.
