Please read these Terms carefully before using LunarBet. They cover eligibility, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, fair play, and how disputes are handled. See also our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling page.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LunarBet (the "Platform"), operated by Bull Gaming N.V. By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for an account or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 12; continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority for gambling in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to register for an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that real-money gambling is lawful for you where you reside.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and to suspend or close accounts belonging to anyone found to be underage or located in a restricted jurisdiction, including forfeiture of any related winnings where required by law.

3. Account Registration, KYC and AML

You may only hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, email access, and two-factor authentication device secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

As a licensed operator, we are required to run Know Your Customer (KYC) identity checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring. We may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals, and may pause withdrawals or the account while a review is in progress. We may decline to open, or may close, an account where verification cannot reasonably be completed or where we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

LunarBet currently supports deposits and withdrawals in USDT on the TRON network (USDT TRC20). All deposits and withdrawals move real cryptocurrency on-chain; transactions are irreversible once confirmed by the network, so you must always double-check the network and address before sending funds.

Deposits are credited automatically once the required number of network confirmations has been reached. Withdrawal requests are screened against our security and anti-fraud policies (including wagering requirements where a bonus was used, withdrawal address whitelisting, and transaction limits) before being signed and broadcast; some withdrawals may be held for manual review. We are not responsible for funds lost due to sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network, or providing an incorrect destination address.

Support for additional assets and networks may be introduced in the future; any such change will be reflected on the Deposit and Withdraw pages and in an updated version of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonus, free spin, cashback, or promotional offer we make available is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer (see the Promo page) and form part of these Terms. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, funds credited as a bonus, and any winnings derived from it, cannot be withdrawn until that wagering requirement has been met using real-money and/or bonus balance as specified in the offer's terms.

We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim a bonus and any related winnings if we determine, acting reasonably, that a promotion has been abused, that multiple accounts have been used to claim the same offer, or that bonus terms have otherwise been circumvented.

Bonus and cashback balances are currently shown for reference only where indicated in the product; a feature is only considered active once it is visibly enabled for your account and its specific terms have been published.

6. Fair Play and Game Rules

Games on the Platform are supplied by third-party studios and are independently tested for fairness and Return to Player (RTP), where reported by the provider. Results are generated by certified random number generators operated by those providers; we do not control or alter individual game outcomes.

You must not use bots, scripts, collusion, exploits, or any other automated or unfair means to interact with the Platform. We may void bets, winnings, or bonuses obtained through such means and may suspend the account involved.

7. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your account or request self-exclusion at any time through Support or the Responsible Gambling page. Self-exclusion requests are honored for the period you select and cannot be reversed early at your own request during that period.

We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law or by our license conditions, or to protect the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, we may withhold funds connected to the violation to the extent permitted by law.

8. Prohibited Use and Fraud

You must not use the Platform for money laundering, to fund unlawful activity, to defraud other players or the Platform, or in any way that violates applicable law. Chargebacks, payment disputes made in bad faith, and attempts to circumvent our KYC/AML controls are treated as a material breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, network outages, third-party game provider errors, or delays in on-chain transaction confirmation that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact Support first so we can attempt to resolve it directly; most issues are resolved at this stage. If a dispute cannot be resolved through Support, you may escalate it in writing to our compliance team, and, where applicable, to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by our gaming license or your local regulator.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bull Gaming N.V. is licensed, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal or regulatory requirements, or industry practice. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
